6. Guidance Services & Refund Policy
Guidance services provided by cāive are delivered via text-based conversations on third-party platforms.
All payments for these services are considered non-refundable, with the exception of our
24-hour satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your guidance session within the first
24 hours of the conversation starting, you may request a full refund.
After this initial period, no refunds will be issued unless required by law.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of
Poland.
By using this site, you agree that any disputes will be subject to
Polish jurisdiction.
Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
9. Service Scope & Eligibility
Guidance services are text-based, asynchronous conversations delivered via
Telegram.
They are intended for personal reflection and self-development, not
for therapy, crisis intervention, or medical treatment.
You must be at least
18 years old to purchase or use our services.
10. Payments, Subscriptions & Cancellations
Payments are processed securely via Stripe in USD.
Your bank may apply currency
conversion fees.
One-time purchases are billed immediately.
Monthly subscriptions
auto-renew until canceled.
You may cancel at any time before the renewal date to
avoid further charges.
Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise,
no pro-rata refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
11. Abuse, Misuse & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if a client engages in
abusive, harmful, or unlawful behavior, or uses the service outside its intended
scope (including crisis/therapy needs).
In such cases, refunds are not provided.
We may provide appropriate referral resources at our discretion.
12. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance contracts. By purchasing a guidance service and choosing to start during this 14-day period, you expressly request early performance and acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed you lose the statutory right of withdrawal. If you withdraw after the service has begun but before completion, you will owe a proportionate amount for the service already provided. This is in addition to our 24-hour satisfaction guarantee.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use of the site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Silence & Session Closure
If you do not respond for 48 hours during an active guidance period, we may close the session with a summary. Closed sessions are not eligible for refunds beyond the 24-hour satisfaction guarantee.
15. Service Start & Duration
The service “start” timestamp is the moment you send your first message after payment. “Sincerity Week” runs for 7×24 hours from that timestamp; “Mirror Month” runs for 30×24 hours.
16. Prices & Taxes
Prices are listed in USD.
Any bank conversion or transfer fees are your responsibility.
If taxes become applicable, they will be shown at checkout before payment.
17. Complaints & Refund Processing
To request a refund under the 24-hour guarantee or to submit a complaint, email support@caive.net within the applicable period. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
18. Service Availability & Force Majeure
We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including platform outages, network failures, or changes in law.
