Terms

What you're actually buying.

Written to be read, not to be survived. If something here seems unfair, say so before you book and we'll sort it out.

The service

A single session of 60–90 minutes, on one decision you bring, held either as an audio call on Google Meet or asynchronously over text across 24–48 hours. Afterwards you get a written summary within roughly two days.

A 7-Day Deep Dive also exists, but only by invitation after a session — it isn't sold cold.

What it costs

$129 at the current founding price, $249 standard. Payment is taken at booking through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars; your bank may convert and may charge for that.

The guarantee

If the session ends and you haven't made the decision, I refund you in full. No form, no explanation required, no negotiation. Email me within seven days of the session and it's done.

The one thing I ask: it covers the session not producing a decision. It doesn't cover deciding and then wishing you'd chosen otherwise — that's a normal part of having decided something, and it's not a fault in the work.

Rescheduling and cancelling

  • Reschedule yourself from the confirmation email up to 12 hours beforehand, as often as you need.
  • Cancel more than 24 hours before and you get a full refund.
  • Cancel inside 24 hours, or don't turn up, and I keep the fee — the time was held for you and can't be resold. Tell me what happened, though; I'm a person, and things happen.
  • If I cancel or fail to show, you get a full refund and a session on me if you still want one.

Under EU consumer law you'd normally have 14 days to withdraw from a service bought online. By booking a slot inside that window you're asking me to start before it expires, and once the session has happened the withdrawal right is used up. Before the session, the cancellation terms above apply and they're more generous than the law requires.

What this is not

This is not therapy, psychotherapy, psychiatric care or medical treatment. It is not legal advice, financial advice, or investment advice. I am not a licensed therapist, doctor, lawyer or financial adviser, and nothing said in a session should be treated as any of those.

If what you're carrying is clinical — depression, trauma, an eating disorder, addiction, anything acute — I will say so plainly and point you elsewhere rather than take your money. If you're in crisis, contact emergency services or a crisis line, not me.

Whose decision it is

Yours. Always. I ask questions, reflect back what I hear, and refuse to let you leave hedging — but I don't make the choice, and I'm not responsible for how it turns out. You act on your own judgment, at your own risk, and you keep the consequences. That's the whole point of the work.

To the extent the law allows, my liability is limited to what you paid me.

Confidentiality

Everything in a session stays between us. I don't discuss clients, and if I write about the work, it's anonymised past recognition and only with your explicit permission first. See the privacy page for the detail.

Behaviour

I'll be direct with you; that's what you came for. I won't be cruel, and I expect the same back. Abuse ends the session and the fee isn't refunded.

Bits that have to be here

Everything on this site — the writing, the method, the materials — belongs to me. Read it, use it on yourself, quote it with credit. Don't repackage it as your own.

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away the protections your own country's law gives you. If I update these terms, the version live at the time you booked is the one that applies to your booking.
