The Session
One decision, worked until it's made.
You bring the thing you've been circling. We spend 60–90 minutes on it and nothing else. You leave having decided, with the first move scheduled and a written summary in your inbox within two days.
Audio only, no camera. Or entirely over text, if talking isn't your thing.
This is for you if
Yes
You've been on this for weeks or months. You've already asked the people around you and got nothing usable. You can name the two or three options. You're tired of the subject and want it closed.
Not yet
You want ongoing support rather than a decision. You're in an acute crisis, or dealing with trauma, abuse, or something clinical — that deserves a therapist, and I'll say so rather than take your money.
The method, in full
Nothing here is a secret
I'd rather you read the whole thing and book knowing exactly what happens than be surprised into it. The structure is the same every time; what changes is you.
-
The dump — 10–15 min
You talk, I don't solve. Every option, every voice in your head, every rehearsed version. I'm tracking four things: how many real options there are, how long you've been stuck, what happens if you never decide, and whose voice is loudest. Around minute twelve I reflect it back and you tell me whether I've got it right.
-
Strip the story — 15–20 min
We separate what's actually true from what you've constructed. Four piles: facts, fears, other people's opinions, and story. The test for each claim is blunt — could you prove it in court? Has it happened, or are you imagining it might? What's left in the facts pile is almost always smaller and simpler than the version you've been carrying.
-
Non-negotiables — 10–15 min
Not the values you'd list on a form. The ones you actually live by: what you can't trade away, what you'd never forgive yourself for, what still matters when nobody's watching. We map three to five of them against each option. Usually one option quietly violates one, and it eliminates itself.
-
The Normal Tuesday Test — 10–15 min
The part people remember. Two years from now you took Option A. Not the launch day, not the disaster — a normal Tuesday. Where do you wake up. What's the morning. What are you doing at 2pm. Who's at dinner. How do you feel at 9pm. Then the whole thing again for Option B. Fantasies can't survive an ordinary Tuesday; one of them will feel like home and the other will feel like a costume.
-
The decision — 5–10 min
I ask directly and then I stop talking. If you hedge, I ask again. "Leaning towards" is not a decision. Three things usually happen here: relief, because you knew all along; grief, for the path you're not taking; or fear, which is fine — you're allowed to be scared and decided at the same time.
-
Lock it in — 5–10 min
Three to five concrete moves that make this hard to reverse. Send the email. Book the call. Tell the person. Cancel the other thing. At least one of them happens within 48 hours, because the gap between deciding and doing is exactly where doubt moves back in.
Afterwards
The written summary
Within 24–48 hours you get a short document: the decision in one sentence, the three reasons it's the right one in your own words, what you're giving up and an honest acknowledgment of that cost, your Normal Tuesday as you described it, and your next moves with dates.
It exists for one reason. In two weeks, at 3am, you'll want to reopen the whole question. This is what you read instead.
Formats and price
Live call
60–90 minutes on Google Meet, audio only — no camera, no getting dressed up. We finish when the decision is made, not when the timer runs out.
Async over text
The same six moves over 24–48 hours on Telegram. For people who think better in writing, aren't confident speaking English out loud, or simply won't get on a call — which is a real reason, not a lesser one.
$129 $249
Founding price while I build up a body of work. It goes to $249 once I stop needing to prove this.
You leave decided, or you don't pay.
If we finish and the decision still isn't made, I refund it — no form, no argument. I don't have a wall of testimonials yet, so I carry the risk instead of asking you to.
Bigger than one decision — a whole area of your life you can't see straight? A 7-Day Deep Dive exists, offered by invitation after a session, once we both know it's the right shape for what you're dealing with.
Book
Pick a time. Pay. Done.
No application, no waiting for me to email you back. Choose a slot, pay by card, and you'll get three short questions to answer before we meet — what the decision is, how long you've been going back and forth, and what happens if you never decide. A few sentences each is plenty.
Times shown in your own timezone. Prefer PayPal or a bank transfer? Send me a note and we'll sort it.
Questions people actually ask
How is this different from therapy?
A therapist won't tell you what to do, and shouldn't — that's not the job. Therapy goes wide and slow, into why you are the way you are. This goes narrow and fast, into one decision, and ends with it made. Plenty of my clients have a therapist. The two aren't in competition.
Why wouldn't I just ask ChatGPT?
You probably already have, several times, which is part of why you're here. AI will give you a good framework and then agree with whichever way you lean, because agreeing is what it's built to do. It will never notice that your voice went flat when you described Option B, never sit in silence until you answer, and never tell you that the decision you brought isn't the real one. It also can't hold you to anything on Thursday.
Can you really do this in one session?
Yes, and the reason is unglamorous: you already have the information. Nobody circles a decision for four months because a fact is missing. What's missing is a structure that forces the question and a person who won't let you leave it open. That fits in ninety minutes.
You don't have testimonials. Why should I trust you?
You shouldn't, on my word alone — I'm early and I'm not going to dress that up. So: the entire method is written out above with nothing held back, the price is roughly half what this costs elsewhere, and if you leave without a decision you get your money back. Read what I write and decide whether this person sounds like he'd be useful to you. That's the honest version.
What if I get there and still can't choose?
Then either you're protecting something by not deciding — which we'll find and name — or the decision you brought isn't the real one, which happens more often than you'd think. Both are workable. If neither resolves, you don't pay.
Is any of this confidential?
Completely. Your name, your situation, and everything said in the session stay between us. If I ever write about a session it's anonymised beyond recognition, and only with your explicit permission first.
Can we do it in Polish?
Yes — sessions run in English or Polish, whichever you'd rather think out loud in. Say which when you book.
What if I need to reschedule?
Move it yourself from the confirmation email up to 12 hours before. Life happens; that's not a test of your commitment.
